The Sunken Fleet

Spanish galleons, pirate raids, naval battles. They’re all still down there.

For five centuries, these waters were the most contested in the Americas. Most people sail over them without ever knowing. You go down.

The gold of an entire continent passed through this bay — and the ships that fought for it, or failed to protect it, never left. They rest now a few meters below the surface, covered in coral and silence, exactly where history left them.

Half Day (2–3 hrs): One guided dive into the wrecks. Ships resting at shallow depth, their hulls now alive with coral and marine life, history you can reach out and almost touch. Your guide uses every minute of the sail to prepare you. GoPro footage, snack board and refreshments on deck.

Full Day (7–8 hrs): The wrecks first, then the catamaran keeps moving toward the Rosario Islands or Barú. A guided snorkel through coral gardens, time on a secluded beach, and a proper lunch served on deck.
